If carbon monoxide will be mixed with haemoglobin then our haemoglobin will be converted into carboxy haemoglobin. Then it will stop the stability of oxygen in our body. And after some time we will die.

Answer:

Haemoglobin by combining with carbon monoxide lead to the death of the individual due to suffocation. The capillaries of circulatory system deliver the oxygen rich blood to the tissues of the body. This oxygen diffuses across the walls of the capillaries into tissues. If you breathe in carbon monoxide it has strong affinity to bind with iron in the haemoglobin and does not dissociate easily. Soon the oxygen binding sites are blocked by carbon monoxide. Blood thereby loses its capacity to carry oxygen and makes the person suffocated. Person dies due to suffocation.
