What will happen if cell inside a living organism does not coordinate among each other?? i need well explained answer​

see, as far as i know,

cells makes up tissue and tissues makes up organ and organs makes organ system.

basically the definition for tissue is that, structurally and functionally similar cells makes up a tissue, which have the same origin too, so if basically to make one of your organ work, the cells must have similar functions that is they must coordinate among themselves so there we can say, if the cells do not coordinates among themselves then it will lead to tissue failure and hence organ failure.
