If cell looses it's permeability capacity then following things will happen-

  1. There will be no absorption of water and ion in the cell. And if there is no absorption of water then, the cell will apparently die.
  2. There will be no excretion of waste product from the cell , which can lead to the infection in the cell, due to which the cell will die or can spread the infections to other cells.
