The cell membrane of root hair is semi permeable membrane and this root hair call contain become high concentration of ions and salt concentration in the part of the water for the soil.

And as result , water flow from the soil into the part of the cell sap of root hairs .

Hence answer well is more comfortable for the client which tends to move forward in fine manner.
