as iron is more reactive than cuso4

on iron there is a layer of rust

Answer:

copper sulphate ( CuSO4) will react with iron vessel. As iron is more reactive than copper, it will displace Cu from its solution of CuSO4

Reaction- CuSO4 + Fe --------› FeSO4 + Cu

(the reaction is already balanced)
