Answer:

Dharma (righteousness) is God’s law. If dharma is given up, it will lead to serious consequences. Dharma is doing the best for the welfare of all. If it is given up, welfare of all will stop to happen. God has made the laws of life in a manner that will function optimally only when dharma is followed meticulously. For example, it is everyone’s dharma to work hard and live honestly. If people will make compromise with these laws, success will remain underachieved and corruption will spread, which will create chaos everywhere.

So, we must abide by dharma and never give it up.

Answer:

In case of any employment, if an employee does not perform his duty as per rules and regulation of the company, he is punished by the employer by terminating him from his employment.

Like that, in this case  - for your dereliction of duty of Dharma, if you don’t perform your dharma as mentioned in your religious doctrine - you will receive punishment - in the providential court of at Lord.

Every one of human beings is already under the providence and dispensation undergoing the punishment that is imparted to us by GOD - in the form of poor quality parentage, birth in a lower caste, poor intelligence, financial crisis, job insecurity, and many more.
