if diaphragm is not present in the body then there will be no change in the intra pulmonary pressure of the lungs and we will not be able to inhale or exhale due to which our respiratory system will be affected .
because the contraction of diaphragm is responsible for the change in the pulmonary volume according to which intrapulmonary pressure changes .
