It must be ammonium chloride. not ammonia chloride
A thermal decomposition reaction will take place.... Ammonium Chloride will decompose into ammonia and hydrogen chloride
NH4Cl→ NH3 + HCl

If ammonia chloride being heated over a bunsen burner flame. Ammonia chloride decomposes readily when heated, but condense in the cooler area at the top of the test tube. This is a reversible reaction, where the ammonia chloride decomposes into gases ammonia (NH3) & hydrogen chloride (HC1)
