What will happen if heparin is missing in our blood?

Answer

Heparin is a naturally occurring anticoagulant produced by basophils and mast cells . It prevents the formation of blood clots inside the body.

If heparin is absent in our blood , our blood would clot not allowing blood circulation, blocking capillaries and veins causing severe pain. This ultimately leads to death.

Thus heparin helps our blood remain as a fluid helping it circulate with ease to different parts of the body.
