When Humidity become more in the atmosphere(reaches 100%), the water the air is carrying starts being converted tiny solids of water (ice), which then becomes clouds. once this continues, a large mass of cloud is formed. it continues becoming heavy with time. Once it becomes heavy such that it cannot sustain the weight it releases the water in form of rain or other forms of precipitation.
