Explanation:

Main functions of golgi apparatus are glycosylation(of proteins ) and glycosidation( of lipids) along with intracellular as well as extracellular transport of proteins and other molecules. It also plays an important role in formation of plasmalemma as it produces phoshpolipids, a major component of plasmalemma, thus it helps in its repair. It also forms hydrolytic enzyme containing lysosomes. Therefore, removing golgi apparatus from the cell will drastically effect the functioning of cell and its integrity with other cells of the body.

Plasmalemma separates inner and outer environment of a cell. If it ruptures cell will lose its identity as inner and outer environments will mix up.
