Answer:

1.If the plasma membrane ruptures or breakdown then the cell will not be able to exchange material from its surrounding by diffusion or osmosis. Thereafter the protoplasmic material will be disappeared and the cell will die.

2.Boiling Rheo leaves, kills their cells and cell organelles, cell wall. Due to this, all the cell loses its integrity and all cellular components come out of the cell. Therefore, osmosis does not take place and no plasmolysis observed.

3.The golgi apparatus is responsible for the transport of proteins and lipids and fatty materials to another cell organelles. If it is removed some cell organelles will stop working.

Answer:

1.

If the plasma membrane ruptures or breakdown then the cell will not be able to exchange material from its surrounding by diffusion or osmosis. Thereafter the protoplasmic material will be disappeared and the cell will die.

Explanation:

2.

This process is called Plasmosis. If the Rheo leaves put into the boiled water the plant cell would be killed and after that if we put a drop of concentrated sugar solution o the Rheo leaves, nothing will happen because cell is dead and plasmolysis cannot take place.

3.

If golgi apparatus is removed from the cell the formation of lysosomes will not occur . There are chances that the cell will die. If the golgi apparatus is removed from the cell the waste materials released by the cell will be accumulated for many days and as a result cell will brust out and stop metabolic activities.
