If you report any answer/question then it will be sent for moderation in a panel. And if the answer is correct and satisfactory then it will be confirmed by a moderator.But if the answer is incorrect then it will get deleted, it may take some time for it.

when you report a answer it will be verified by the moderators and if it is incorrect it would be deleted
It is not necessary that the answer will get verified. Only leaders can verify answers now because Praneet has put some restrictions on it.
