If there is none labour in an industry first of all the industry would not work.labour is the main part of an industry.we can say that industry works by labour, and labours work by industry.if any of labour is not available in an industry employment sources will be enough.

If labor are not available for an industry then the industry won't work. Or else only machine oriented work would be done in an industry and if industry stop taking labour and only use machines then there will be unemployment in the country.
