what will happen if land is not available for an industry

as we know that industry comes under teritory sector / service sector.if there is no land left out for this all the humans cannot get sufficient goods for their daily life and by which it lacks of mal nutrition. and fall sick if they fall they need to go to doctor, as doctor would not be available for us ,even hospitals ,education univesities are included in teritory setor. all the necessary goods for hospital & educations will not be available . by which humans will be under death and graved.

migration
lack of food
work becomes much harder
since it is tertiary even primary & secondary sectors also will be in problems
