what will happen if living organisms did not have a definite life span and had to had the power to live forever

Then the world would definitely become an extremely populated place , with very less space , and resources like food would become extinct because of excess consumption and there would be so much pollution.

If this type of thing will happen then the life cycle of the Earth will change and then the population will cross its limitations as the people will continue to take birth but no one will die. All tend to live more but the problems related to it will occur after some time. People will face food loss as the supply of grains will not be sufficient for so much people. The lack of land will also become a major problem because most o Earth's surface is covered with water and thus the land is having some limits. So he whole planet will suffer from economic problems. Health problems will also take place as after some age limits the body can't tolerate much load so aged people will suffer from severe diseases. So this type of life is not possible as it have so many problems.
