Eventually cell will die as its basic functions (like replication, protein synthesis etc.)won't be carried out. Some cells don't have nucleus from the beginning and are adapted to carry out their functions, it shouldn't be confused with the one whose nucleus is removed.

The nucleus is present only in eukaryotic cell. If there will be no nucleus, then the cell will die. Because the nucleus is known as 'Brain of the cell'. If there will be no nucleus, the cell will not be able to perform any process. The function of the cell will also will not take place. Eventually, the cell will undergo no division (breaking of one cell into two and two into 4) and it will finally die.
