I don't think much effects would be created . One could be the moons of that particular planet would be the moons of some other planet because they would be attracted to their gravitational force

If one of the planet gets destroy

it breaks into fragments and the fragments may hit any part of the universe, it may fall on any planet and cause a lot of damage.

While, few fragments gets paused in the space as there is no gravity...!
