If a swollen raisin is kept in a concentrated salt solution, water will leave the raisin by exosmosis. and we can say that it will shrink

well its depend on how staturated your salt solution is
either way i guess u meant in staturated salt water .
so..
raisins are already shrinken fruit .saturated salt water has a vert low concentration of water and the ratio of salt in it is more than that of water .so water travel frm high potential to lower potential .this is because the water get flow out from raisin into the water , by the process of osmosis .
the raisins will shrink furthur .
