first of all glucose solution are hypertonic because they have more solutes (sugars) than solvents
so when red blood cells are exposed to 20% and 70% of glucose solutions the undergo a process called crenation
crenation is the process by which red blood cells lose their water content to the surrounding hypertonic solution which happens to be the glucose solution causing them to shrink.
so that's what will happen if the red blood cells are exposed to 20% and 70% of glucose solution
