Answer:
If our blood vessels were lined with Stratified squamous epithelium, then it would not have been possible to transport the gases and molecules of food through the blood across the blood vessels. As this stratified squamous epithelium will not allow diffusion of gases and food molecules, exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the lungs will be hampered, the cells will not be able to receive glucose molecules for energy production. As a result, all the organs will start failing and stop working and the whole system will collapse, ultimately resulting in the death of the organism.
