If sun is disappeared,there will be no light in day. Anything in the orbit around the sun will be moving fastly to be in a constant state of freefall towards it. Due to disappearance of sun, the process of photosynthesis in plants will not take place and obviously oxygen will also removed from our planet and humans will die. For about 2 billion years the sun will fuse helium into carbon and some oxygen, but there's less energy in those reactions. If the planets, for example, suddenly stopped moving they would immediately be pulled towards the Sun and fall into it.
