Float? Apple has hollow inner surfaces for air flow....it also has lesser density than water. hence I guess it would float

The apple will float when dropped in water . This is because the water density is higher than the density of the apple and we know thing which have the lower density then water are float on water. Also the thinks which have higher density than the water sinks in the water. So depending on the height of drops initially apple will displace some water and goes down but then eventually comes to surface and float.
