What will happen, if the pancreas of a person stops functioning?

Pancreas produce insulin which controls the production of glucose from carbohydrates. If pancreas stop working then the person will have the risk of developing Type-2 Diabetes.

If pancreas of a person stops working then insulin won't be not produced properly which won't regulate blood sugar level and and up causing diabetes
