Answer:If the parks are not swept regularly then the dust or the dry leaves will stay at the place .Hence leaving spots on the turf or field .If it rains at the park then there is a possible chance of mosquitoes being bred furthermore the aedes mosquitos or the mosquitoes which carry malaria microorganisms will be bred in the tropical or sub-tropical region
