Evaporation -:

If there was no evaporation plants would die. If there was no evaporation the ocean stays blue but the land turns brown. Heat from the sun causes water to evaporate into a water vapor, a gas.Water would not cycle back up into the atmosphere and it would not rain.

Transpiration-:

It cool down the leaf surface of plants and changes osmotic pressure of cells, and enables mass flow of mineral nutrients and water from roots to shoots. so, if transpirtion stops completely the uptake of water will be disturbed resulting wilting in plants which may lead to the death of the plants.
