They are used up in kelvin cycle to produce g3p.If they are not used up
Naph2 will go into electron transport chain and by the change in gardient of H+ ions in F1 particles they will produce atps
Then these atp along with the atps produced within light phase reaction will be used to initiate kelvin cycle to produce g3p
