Everyone dies. But lets say that we knew this was going to happen. Well, the earth’s core is nice and hot, and will be for the next billion years.

Theoretically you could go underground and use the extreme temperature difference between the core and the surface to produce light to power everything.

The surface of the oceans would freeze, but it’s possible liquid water would remain under miles of ice.

Any walk outside would be in a space suit as it would be a balmy 3–5 degrees above absolute zero.

Say goodbye to the rest of the solar system as everything in to starts to travel in a straight line outwards. We’d still keep the moon though… We wouldn’t be able to SEE it.
