Blood platelets help to clot the blood. When there is some injury occurs blood starts flowing and if there are no platelets,

the blood will not be able to clot and keep on flowing. Therefore can cause death because of the huge loss of blood.

The the blood clots due to the presence of plates. if if there are no plates in blood. then then after a minute injury or cut. the blood will not clot and continuous to flow outside from the body and person might die
