1)we will not be able study cells , microorganism etc as it is used in microscope

2)it is used as reflector at some places

3)we will not be able to use torch , headlights of vehicles etc

4)it would be difficult for dentists to check the teeth of patients

5)it would be difficult for shaving etc

6)rear view mirrors would not exist which would lead to accidents

7)solar cooker would not exist

Concave mirror

A mirror whose reflecting surface curved inwards is called concave mirrors. It is also called as the converging mirror. They produce both real and virtual images. The images form may be diminished,magnified or equal to the size of an object. It reflects light inward to one focal point.

The usefulness of concave mirrors are :-

• They are use as shaving mirrors to see larger images of the face.
• They are use by ENT doctors to are larger images if the eyes, noise and and tongue.
• They are use in astronomical telescopes.
• They are use in torchlights because they focus on the lights which makes the light Ray clear and visible.

Therefore, if there is no Concave mirror in torchlight then the vision will not be clear.
