what will happen if there was no gas pressure in the sun

Birds and planes would fall from the sky. Although we can't see air (except clouds), it has mass that supports flying objects.
The sky would turn black. It's blue because of the atmosphere. You know those pictures taken from the Moon? The Earth's sky would look like that.

The sun is much like a nuclear power reactor which is self-regulating itself.


Gas pressure is mandatory for the sun for interacting and maintaining a state of dynamic equilibrium.  


The nuclear fusion reactor in the sun works in an organized and synchronized manner.


The balance will be lost if there is no gas pressure.


Hence the steady release of light and heat is possible.
