Answer:

If music didn't exist in the past, slaves spreading news about the underground railroad to other slaves would've been a lot harder, as they used songs as secret messages telling important information to help the escape to freedom, as they weren't allowed to talk about it.

Answer:

In today's world music and songs are very important. They have even become our daily habit. Every day we are listening songs. When we are happy or sad we listen to songs to change our mind.If there were not any songs we may have engaged ourselves on writing and reading books or sharing our griefs with our closer ones. But music can't be replaced by anything.
