If the same crop is grown on the same land then it will result in the lower yielding of the crops.

The land will turn less fertile and then will eventually be barren. The crop rotation ensures that the land gets its fertility back with the help of variation in the crops.

Continuous cultivation of crop can make the soil less fertile and less porous the nutrients of soil will decreased when will affect the growth of the plant so farmers have to add manure to replenish the soil with nutrients and this process is called Manuring.improper and insufficient manuring result in weak plants.
