our electric home appliance contains live neutral and Earth wire live and neutral wire have potential difference 220 volt and Earth wire is connected in the ground there is a plastic covering around the wires and there are registered in the wires if we remove that plastic covering do I ask a come in contact with each other so due to flow of electrons that is electricity heat is produced due and this is known as heating effect of electric current inshot heat is produced and if any inflammable thing is present around it it causes short circuit sometime it causes the burning of Transformer and causes overloading
