What will happen if we dont follow the rules and regulation

There is definitely a need for rules in any society. Without rules, there would be utter chaos. People would be doing anything they wanted, without any concern for the well-being of other people. Of course, there would still be kind, caring people. But, how did they get to be that way, if not taught moral "rules" as children. Even still, there are people who flout the rules of every day living.Some laws that are utterly absurd are still on the books. Once in a while you will hear of some judge sentencing someone based on these archaic laws. Legislation needs to be constantly monitored to ensure that people do not suffer at the whims of fanatic leaders. Laws can be made and unmade; sometimes they have to be unmade.
