If a dog bites there is a trassimission of virus known as rabies.
Which has main symtom as hydrophobia.......that is fear of water.
If the rain falls it make the patiebt more frighted.

when dog bites the possibilities of hydrophobia is more, and have fear from water. Rabies virus always lives in dogs brain, if not, rainy season virus activated and stay in saliva of dog, when dog bite a healthy person even another dog virus transmitted in our blood stream and attack our body, patient have fear of water or avoid water even not drink due to this patient died due to dehydration .
