Dear All, If we consider two back to back pn junction and suppose we take the contact from p semiconductor only from both side. Now if one of the p semiconductor is at high biasing and one p semiconductor is ground what will the direction of the current flow in self bias mode, forward bias mode and reverse bias mode. As we think of two reverse pn connectors and assume that we just take the p-half from both sides. Now if one of the p semiconductors has a high tendency and the p semiconductor is field, the direction of current flow in the self bias mode, forward bias mode and reverse bias mode.

The current flow is produced mainly by thermionic emissions with dark measurements. The only current that can go through both positive and negative voltage is the dark saturation current.
