Also there will be over population of individuals belonging to the previous trophic level. The organism of higher trophic level will also die. Hence, it will result in in balance of in the ecosystem

If we kill all the organisms in one trophic level, the lower trophic level will grow more in number and the higher trophic level will not survive. Hence, flow of energy from one trophic level to other will not take place.
