What will happen if we make a solution of baking soda and water . usr?

When baking soda reacts with water it forms CO2 bubbles.

NaHCo3. +H2O —-> NaOH + H2CO3

H2 CO3———→ H2O +CO2.

Baking soda is used for various purposes in kitchen like in vinegar, yogurt, buttermilk, or cream of tartar.
Besides that baking soda is also used for some other purposes like to relieve heartburn, skin irritations, insect bites, etc.
