what will happen if we mix milk with vinegar ? what kind of reaction will take place ??​

Explanation:

Milk contains a protein called casein and it is negatively charged….vinegar contain hydrogen ions which are positively charged. Hence when u mixed these two together the hydrogen ion and the casein protein attract each other and form white plastic like lumps called curd and the process is called curdling. The remaining liquid part is known as whey. The process is similar to the production of cheese in commercial way. But fpr cheese production we dont use the vinegar. Instead of vinegar we apply an enzyme namely rennet which helps in coagulation of milk and curdling ocvut at a fast rate.
