What will happen if we will inject human DNA into a ostrich egg (not ostrich egg cell but the egg that ostrich lay).

To a certain extent, it depends on what you mean by “human DNA.” If you were to inject a small fragment of DNA, depending on the sequence, you could get some kind of transient expression of proteins… at least briefly. Assuming you’re talking about a small fragment of DNA, the cell will recognize this is being somehow inappropriate, and will ultimately degrade the fragment.

On the other hand, if you’re talking about placing a larger piece of DNA, but something that is still sub-chromosomal in terms of size, into a cell, one would presume there would be some sort of host proteins still attached, and this large complex of DNA/protein, outside of the nucleus would likely be recognized as foreign… probably detected as some sort of cellular damage, and simply destroyed. In the absence of any actual damage to the DNA of the cell into which the fragment was injected, it’s unlikely that the cell would recruit any of the various DNA repair mechanism that would be capable of recombining the foreign DNA into the cell’s DNA.
