what will happen if we will remove plastid from cell

It depends when, how, and what kind of plant cell it is. the function of plastid is manufacturer or storage food will not be possible

if we remove the chloroplast,chromoplast which are the types of plastid then no colour remain in leaves and other products of plants and one type of plastid is lucoplast which is also important
and main thing if chloroplast remove form , plants can not be synthesis their food ownself because they make their food from sunlight which are trapped by chloroplast
so if chloroplast is absent then they cannot make their food
