what will happen if we will remove vacuoles

in animal cells there no main role of vacuoles but in plants cell many nutrition and also gas is fill in this and very big size about 90% area in cell is covered by this
when it remove from cell then the cell become shrink

Ans) --If we remove vacuoles from the plant cell, then all the cell may be shrink as it covers large space and cell organelles which are present near the cell membrane will come in their original place including nucleus, lysosome ribisome, these all come in the centre and between cytoplasm and nucleus.
