what will happen if you create a file with the same name which aleady exists?

Hello!

First of all, this also depends on what format you use to save the file. Assuming that you use the same file extension (Format in which the file is used), the system shows you some prompts, from which you can pick one.

Example of file name with extension:

MySchool.pdf

When you save a file with above name, which already exists, a dialog box appears (For Windows OS). It shows you 2 prompts:

Replace: It replaces the existing file with the new file.

Another gives you the option to save the file as "MySchool.pdf (2)"
