What will happen in a cell if its nucleus is removed ?

for most cells the nucleus is the main part of the cell. they manage most of the work of the cell and controls all the activities of the cell. thus if it is removed, the cell will die or will not be in use anymore. some cells have the capacity of regeneration and they may or can grow the nucleus. but this is in rare case.
