Nucleous is the remote control of a cell.
if nucleous remove from cell then all metabolic activity and all process incide the cell stoped.

If nucleus is removed,metabolism like synthesis of proteins and lipids doesn't take place,it is because endoplasmic reticulum synthesise proteins and lipids which is further controlled by nucleus..
If nucleus is removed,so cell division occurs as it is in the control of chromatin which in turn in control of nucleus.
