HOPE THIS WILL HELP.................
First nd foremost, presence or absence of nucleus varies according to the cell, for example, in RBCs, there is no nucleus, but still the cell is working. Taking another example of gametocytes, if the nucleus will be absent, where will the process of DNA replication take place?! That means, the human population should have been completely wiped off till this time. Now, if the nucleus is absent, will transcription and translation take place? Where would DNA be present if nucleus is absent!!

The cell will die. Nucleus contains DNA, and is called "the brain of the cell". If the Nucleus is removed, there would not be any division/replication and thus, the cell will die.
