When acid is mixed over base it forms the Neutralisation reaction as when the acid reacts with bass the both turns together to form a neutral solution
But if the acid a strong and the basis week then the solution will be less utilised and more acidic
But when the base is strong and acid is weak then the solution will be less neutralise but more basic
And if both acid and base are strong then the solution will be neutralised
And if acid and base both are weak in the solution will be again neutrlised for example
