On clicking the task button below the menu bar, the color of the task bar will get changed indicating that there have been any activity recorded and responded accordingly. The whole windows systems runs withe concept of the current location of the pointer and, which buttons are being pressed, and what are there specified actions to be performed.
On any place if we click there is a obvious response in any form, in this case we see the response by the color getting changed.
