What will happen the electric bulb is connected between two phases?

when connected between two phases would be subjected to 380V for which it is not designed. The filament will generate more heat than it can dissipate. This will cause it's temperature to rise till it's melting point when it disintegrates . It will briefly emit a bright light before fusing.
